Article 1

Die Anhänge II, III, IV und V der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 396/2005 werden gemäß dem Anhang der vorliegenden Verordnung geändert.

Article 2

Diese Verordnung tritt am Tag nach ihrer Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union in Kraft. Sie gilt ab dem 1. Januar 2019. Hinsichtlich des RHG für Lambda-Cyhalothrin bei Roggen gilt sie jedoch ab dem 26. Januar 2019.
