‘4 By way of derogation from paragraph 1, the production organisation may apply to the competent authority for exemptions from the environmental requirements referred to in the first subparagraph of Article 9(2) of Regulation (EU) 2018/1139 .

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from [OP please insert date: 9 months after date of entry into force], with the exception of Article 1(2) and point 11, points 13 to 14, points 23 to 26, point 28, point 30, point 21.B.85 in point 40 and point 43 of Annex which shall apply from [OP please insert date of entry into force].
