Article 1

Regulation (EU) 2019/124 is amended as follows: (a) in Article 9, point (a) is deleted; (b) Annex IA is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation; (c) Annex IIA is deleted; (d) Annex IV is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 1 January 2019.
