Article 1

Regulation (EC) No 2368/2002 is amended as follows: (1) Annex II is replaced by the text set out in Annex I to this Regulation. (2) Annex III is replaced by the text set out in Annex II to this Regulation. (3) Annex IV is replaced by the text set out in Annex III to this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. However, point 3 of Article 1 shall apply from 1 January 2020. As far as Ireland is concerned, Annex III shall apply from 1 September 2019.
