Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2020/122 of 16 January 2020 on the conclusion of an Agreement in the form of an Exchange of Letters between the European Union and the United Mexican States concerning amendments to Annexes I and II of the Agreement between the European Community and the United Mexican States on the mutual recognition and protection of designations for spirit drinks

The Agreement in the form of an Exchange of Letters between the European Union and the United Mexican States replacing Annexes I and II to the Agreement between the European Community and the United Mexican States on mutual recognition and protection of designations for spirit drinks is hereby approved on behalf of the European Union. The text of the Agreement in the form of an Exchange of Letters, including the replaced Annexes I and II is attached to this Decision.

The Member of the Commission responsible for Agriculture and Rural Development is hereby empowered to sign the Exchange of Letters in order to bind the European Union.
