Article 1

‘4 When the President makes use of the second subparagraph of Article 5(2), the persons referred to in paragraphs 1 to 3 above may attend the meetings by means of the telecommunication systems referred to in the said subparagraph.’;

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
