Council Decision of 10 November 2020 appointing the President of the Boards of Appeal of the European Union Intellectual Property Office 2020/C 391/01

1 Mr João Nuno MAROCO AMARAL NEGRÃO, born in Lisbon (Portugal) on 2 November 1970, is hereby appointed President of the Boards of Appeal of the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) for a term of five years.

2 The date on which the five-year term referred to in paragraph 1 commences shall be determined by the Management Board of the EUIPO.

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
