Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/239 of 20 February 2020 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) No 901/2014 with regard to the adaptation of the templates for type-approval procedures for two- or three-wheel vehicles and quadricycles to the environmental steps Euro 5 and Euro 5+ requirements (Text with EEA relevance)

1 Until 30 June 2020, national authorities shall continue to grant type-approvals to vehicle types in accordance with this Regulation in its version applicable on 11 March 2020.

2 Until 31 December 2020, the Member States shall permit the placing on the market, registration and entry into service of vehicles based on a vehicle type approved in accordance with this Regulation in its version applicable on 11 March 2020.’;

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
