Article 1

Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/1261 is amended as follows: (1) in Article 1, ‘HYPRED SAS’ is replaced by ‘HYPRED SAS – KERSIA Group’; (2) the Annex is replaced by the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
