Das am 28. Oktober 2019 eingeleitete förmliche Prüfverfahren nach Artikel 108 Absatz 2 AEUV in Bezug auf die Beihilfe Spaniens zugunsten von Air Nostrum ist gegenstandslos geworden und wird eingestellt.

Article 2

Dieser Beschluss ist an das Königreich Spanien gerichtet.
