Article 1

In Annex III to Decision 2009/908/EU, the following preparatory body is added to the list entitled ‘Elected chairs’: ‘European Research Area and Innovation Committee’.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption. It shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
