Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/2267 of 17 December 2021 laying down the format for reporting data and information on the collected post-consumption waste of tobacco products with filters and of filters marketed for use in combination with tobacco products (Text with EEA relevance)

Member States shall report the data referred to in Article 13(1), point (f), of Directive (EU) 2019/904 in the format laid down in Annex I to this Decision. They shall submit the quality check report referred to in Article 13(2) of that Directive as regards those data in the format laid down in Annex II to this Decision.

This Decision shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
