Dieser Beschluss ist an die Organisatorengruppe der Bürgerinitiative mit dem Titel „EVE-INITIATIVE ZUR EINFÜHRUNG DES ENTSCHEIDUNGSRECHTS“ gerichtet, die von den Herren Eberardo SÁNCHEZ LÓPEZ und Juan Carlos ESCUDERO GONZÁLEZ als Ansprechpartnern vertreten wird.
