Article 1

Anhang I der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 528/2012 wird gemäß dem Anhang der vorliegenden Verordnung geändert.

Article 2

Für die Zwecke des Artikels 89 Absatz 3 der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 528/2012 gilt als Datum der Genehmigung von Kaliumsorbat für die Produktart 6 der 1. Februar 2023.

Article 3

Diese Verordnung tritt am zwanzigsten Tag nach ihrer Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union in Kraft.
