Article 1

The investment guidelines for the financing and investment operations under the InvestEU Fund established by Regulation (EU) 2021/523, as laid down in the Annex, are adopted.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
