Article 1

The national list referred to in Article 10(2) of Directive 1999/105/EC shall be submitted by each Member State through and in accordance with the format of the Forest Reproductive Material Information System of the Commission .

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
