Article 1

In Part B of Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 footnote (3) is replaced by the following: ‘(3) MRLs shall apply to radish leaves as from 1 January 2025’.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
