Article 1

The title of Regulation (EC) No 1183/2005 is replaced by the following: ‘Council Regulation (EC) No 1183/2005 of 18 July 2005 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in the Democratic Republic of the Congo’.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
