Article 1 Amendments to Regulation (EU) No 965/2012

Regulation (EU) No 965/2012 is amended as follows: (1) in Article 5(2), point (a)(iv) is replaced by the following: ‘(iv) low-visibility operations (LVOs) or operations with operational credits;’; (2) Annexes I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII and VIII are amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2 Date of entry into force and application

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 30 October 2022.
