Article 1

In Code list 15 of Annex II to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/323, the following row is inserted: ‘19Certificate of independent small producer of alcoholic beverages’.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 1 January 2022.
