Article 1

The partial interim review of the countervailing measures applicable to imports of certain rainbow trout originating in the Republic of Turkey in so far as the applicant is concerned and currently falling under CN codes ex03019190, ex03021180, ex03031490, ex03044290, ex03048290 and ex03054300 (TARIC codes 0301919011, 0302118011, 0303149011, 0304429010, 0304829010 and 0305430011) is hereby terminated.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
