Council Decision (EU) 2022/793 of 16 May 2022 on the position to be taken on behalf of the European Union within the Association Council established by the Association Agreement between the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States, of the one part, and Georgia, of the other part, as regards the adoption of the EU-Georgia Association Agenda 2021-2027

The position to be taken on the Union’s behalf within the Association Council established by the Association Agreement between the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States, of the one part, and Georgia, of the other part, as regards the adoption of the EU-Georgia Association Agenda 2021-2027, shall be based on the draft Recommendation of the Association Council attached to this Decision.

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.

The Association Council recommends that the Parties implement the EU-Georgia Association Agenda 2021-2027, as set out in the Annex .

The EU-Georgia Association Agenda 2021-2027, as set out in the Annex, shall replace the EU-Georgia Association Agenda which was adopted on 20 November 2017.

This Recommendation shall take effect on the day of its adoption.
