Article 1

The Member States listed in the Annex are authorised to implement the derogations set out in the Annex regarding the transport of dangerous goods in their territory.

Article 2

Annexes I and II to Directive 2008/68/EC are amended in accordance with the Annex to this Decision.

Article 3

This Decision is addressed to the Member States.
