Article 1

The information referred to in Article 50(4) and the template referred to in Article 50(5) of Regulation (EU) 2017/2226 shall be as set out in the Annex to this Decision.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
