Council Decision (CFSP) 2022/1625 of 20 September 2022 on the consequences of the decision of the High Representative on the reorganisation of the civilian crisis management structures in the European External Action Service as regards the function of Civilian Operation Commander for civilian crisis management missions

As a consequence of the decision of the High Representative to place the civilian planning and conduct capability (CPCC) within the EEAS under the authority of a Managing Director, the relevant provisions of existing Council decisions establishing a civilian crisis management mission providing that the Director of the CPCC shall be the Civilian Operation Commander shall apply to the Managing Director of the CPCC.

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption. It shall apply from 16 September 2022.
