Council Decision (CFSP) 2022/1682 of 29 September 2022 amending Decision (CFSP) 2020/1465 on a European Union action in support of the United Nations Verification and Inspection Mechanism in Yemen

‘1 The financial reference amount for the implementation of the project referred to in Article 1 shall be: EUR 2059838 for the period from 1 October 2020 until 28 February 2022, EUR 2200000 for the period from 1 March 2022 until 30 September 2022, EUR 2200000 for the period from 1 October 2022 until 30 September 2023. The Council shall review the financial reference amount by 1 March 2023 based, inter alia, on the absorption rate and on a needs assessment by the EEAS and the Commission.’;

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption. It shall apply from 1 October 2022.
