Article 3

By 30 June 2023, Member States shall designate and make available the 5150-5250 MHz, 5250-5350 MHz and 5470-5725 MHz frequency bands, on a non-exclusive basis, for the implementation of WAS/RLANs in accordance with the technical conditions set out in the Annex.’;

This Decision is addressed to the Member States.
