Article 1

1 The following person is hereby appointed as Chair of the Single Resolution Board for a term of office of five years as from 9 January 2023: Mr Dominique LABOUREIX.

2 The following person is hereby appointed as a full-time member of the Single Resolution Board for a term of office of five years as from 22 March 2023: Ms Tuija TAOS.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
