Article 1

Die geografische Angabe „Homokháti őszibarack pálinka“ wird eingetragen. Gemäß Artikel 30 Absatz 4 der Verordnung (EU) 2019/787 wird mit der vorliegenden Verordnung die geografische Angabe „Homokháti őszibarack pálinka“ gemäß Artikel 21 der Verordnung (EU) 2019/787 geschützt.

Article 2

Diese Verordnung tritt am zwanzigsten Tag nach ihrer Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union in Kraft.
