Article 1

The geographical indication ‘Homokháti őszibarack pálinka’ is hereby entered in the register. This Regulation grants the geographical indication ‘Homokháti őszibarack pálinka’ the protection referred to in Article 21 of Regulation (EU) 2019/787 in accordance with Article 30(4) of that Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
