Article 1 Amendment

Annex VII to Directive (EU) 2018/2001 is replaced by the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2 Review

The Commission shall review this Regulation in the light of technological progress and innovation, the stock deployment, and its impacts on the renewable energy targets.

Article 3 Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
