Article 1

In Article 1 of Implementing Regulation (EU) No 75/2013, the date ‘30 September 2022’ is replaced by ‘30 September 2027’.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 1 October 2022.
