Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/1961 of 17 October 2022 amending Annexes V and XIV to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/404 as regards the entries for Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States in the lists of third countries authorised for the entry into the Union of consignments of poultry, germinal products of poultry and fresh meat of poultry and game birds (Text with EEA relevance)

Annexes V and XIV to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/404 are amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

1. In Annex V, in Part 2, in the entry for the United States, the row for the zones US-2.51 is replaced by the following: ‘United StatesUS-2.51 State of South Dakota Clark County: a circular zone of a 10 km radius starting with North point (GPS coordinates): 97.5989286°W 44.9530109°N’ 2. In Annex V, in Part 2, in the entry for the United States, the row for the zones US-2.210 is replaced by the following: ‘United StatesUS-2.210 State of Idaho – Ada 06 Ada County: a circular zone of a 10 km radius starting with North point (GPS coordinates): 116.3356545°W 43.7697285°N’ 3. This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. However, Article 2(1) shall apply from 12 April 2022, Article 2(2) shall apply from 14 June 2022 and Article 2(3) and (4) shall apply from 21 September 2022.
