Article 1

1 The Annex to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/1784 is amended as follows: ‘Alnan Aluminium Inc.C616’ is replaced by ‘ALG Aluminium Inc.C616’

2 TARIC additional code C616 previously attributed to Alnan Aluminium Inc. shall apply to ALG Aluminium Inc., as of 7 June 2022. Any definitive duty paid on imports of products manufactured by ALG Aluminium Inc. in excess of the anti-dumping duty established in Article 1 of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/1784 as regards Alnan Aluminium Inc. shall be repaid or remitted in accordance with the applicable customs legislation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
