Article 1

‘3 Where codes are required for the completion of certain data fields in the messages referred to in paragraph 1, the codes listed in Annex II to this Regulation, or in Annex II to Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/1636 , shall be used.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 13 February 2023.
