Article 1

„(4 Die Aussetzung nach Absatz 2 gilt nicht für Erzeugnisse mit Ursprung in Russland, mit Ausnahme der laufenden Kontingentsnummern 09.2600, 09.2742, 09.2698 und 09.2835 oder in Belarus.“

Article 2

Diese Verordnung tritt am Tag nach ihrer Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union in Kraft. Sie gilt ab dem 1. Januar 2023.
