Article 12

Dieser Beschluss gilt bis zum 30. April 2024. Die Maßnahmen in Artikel 5 Absatz 1 und Artikel 6 Absatz 1 gelten in Bezug auf Eintrag 84 des Anhangs hinsichtlich einer Person und in Bezug auf Eintrag 17 des Anhangs hinsichtlich einer Organisation bis zum 29. Oktober 2023. Er wird fortlaufend überprüft. Er wird verlängert oder gegebenenfalls geändert, wenn der Rat der Auffassung ist, dass seine Ziele nicht erreicht wurden.“

Dieser Beschluss tritt am Tag seiner Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union in Kraft.
