Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/1586 of 26 July 2023 on harmonised standards for machinery drafted in support of Directive 2006/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council

The references of harmonised standards for machinery drafted in support of Directive 2006/42/EC listed in Annex I of this Decision are hereby published in the Official Journal of the European Union. The references listed in rows 121, 266, 343, 405 and 495 of that Annex are published with restrictions.

Communication 2018/C 092/01 is repealed. However, it shall continue to apply to the references of harmonised standards listed in Annex II to this Decision until the dates of withdrawal of those references set out in that Annex.

Implementing Decision (EU) 2019/436 is repealed. However, it shall continue to apply to the references of harmonised standards listed in Annex III to this Decision until the dates of withdrawal of those references set out in that Annex.

This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
