Article 1

‘6 The financial reference amount for the common costs of EUTM RCA for the period from 20 September 2023 until 19 September 2024 shall be EUR 5212000. The percentage of the reference amount referred to in Article 51(2) of Decision (CFSP) 2021/509 shall be 15 % in commitments and 0 % for payments.’

‘2 Subject to a strategic assessment to be conducted by the PSC no later than March 2024, EUTM RCA shall end on 19 September 2024.’.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
