Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/2584 of 15 November 2023 on harmonised standards for the interoperability of the rail systems drafted in support of Directive (EU) 2016/797 of the European Parliament and of the Council

The references of harmonised standards for the interoperability of the rail systems and drafted in support of Directive (EU) 2016/797,listed in Annex I to this Decision, are hereby published in the Official Journal of the European Union. The reference listed in row 114 of that Annex is published with restrictions.

Communication 2018/C 282/03 shall cease to apply. The references of harmonised standards published in that Communication, listed in Annex II to this Decision, are hereby withdrawn from the Official Journal of the European Union.

Implementing Decision (EU) 2020/453 is repealed. The references of harmonised standards published in that Decision, and listed in Annex III to this Decision, are hereby withdrawn from the Official Journal of the European Union.

This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
