Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/2723 of 6 December 2023 on harmonised standards for electrical equipment drafted in support of Directive 2014/35/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council

The references to harmonised standards for electrical equipment designed for use within certain voltage limits drafted in support of Directive 2014/35/EU, listed in Annex I to this Decision, are hereby published in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Implementing Decision (EU) 2019/1956 is repealed. However, it shall continue to apply in respect of the reference of harmonised standard listed in Annex II to this Decision until the date of withdrawal of that reference set out in that Annex.

Communication 2018/C 326/02 is repealed. However, it shall continue to apply in respect of the references of harmonised standards listed in Annex III to this Decision until the dates of withdrawal of those references set out in that Annex.

This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
