Article 1

1 Das Konsortium für die europäische Forschungsinfrastruktur „Low Frequency Array“ (LOFAR ERIC) wird gegründet.

2 Die wesentlichen Teile der Satzung des LOFAR ERIC gemäß Artikel 6 Absatz 3 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 723/2009 sind im Anhang enthalten.

Article 2

Dieser Beschluss ist an die Republik Bulgarien, die Bundesrepublik Deutschland, Irland, die Italienische Republik, das Königreich der Niederlande und die Republik Polen gerichtet.
