Article 1

This Regulation establishes the template for the annual performance reports on the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund referred to in Article 41(7) of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060 and in Article 35 of Regulation (EU) 2021/1147. The template is set out in the Annex.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
