Article 1

Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/761 is amended as follows: (1) Articles 55, 56 and 57 are deleted; (2) Annex I and Annex XIII, Part B – Sector: Milk are amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply as of the first licence application period for the tariff quota period starting on 1 July 2023.
