Article 1 Amendments to Implementing Regulation (EU) 594/2023
Annexes I and II to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/594 are replaced by the text set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
Article 2 Repeal of Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/1422
Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/1422 is repealed.
Article 3 Repeal of Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/1458
Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/1458 is repealed.
Article 4 Entry into force
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
