Article 1

The structured survey on end recipients referred to in Article 23(3) of Regulation (EU) 2021/1057 shall be carried out in accordance with the template set out in the Annexes.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
