Article 1

Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/1287 is amended as follows: (1) in Article 1, first paragraph, the name ‘Quatchem Ltd’ is replaced by the name ‘Neogen Italia S.r.l.’; (2) the Annex is replaced by the text set out in the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
