Article 1 Amendments to Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/2139

Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/2139 is amended as follows: (1) Annex I is amended in accordance with Annex I to this Regulation; (2) Annex II is amended in accordance with Annex II to this Regulation.

Article 2 Entry into force and application

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 1 January 2024. However, point (28) of Annex I and point (26) of Annex II shall apply from 1 January 2025.
