Article 1

Regulation (EU) 2023/1529 is amended as follows: (1) the title is replaced by the following: ‘Council Regulation (EU) 2023/1529 of 20 July 2023 concerning restrictive measures in view of Iran’s military support to Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine’; (2) Annex III is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
