Article 1

The request of the Kingdom of the Netherlands not to apply Table A 2, Index 4 Subset-026, point 5.10.2.4 of the table of priority of trackside supported levels of Appendix A of the Annex I to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1695 to 78 vehicles ICNG is granted.

Article 2

By 31 December of each year, the Kingdom of the Netherlands shall inform the Commission of the progress made in training the train drivers on ERTMS running and on ERTMS signalling.

Article 3

This Decision applies within the geographic limits of the Dutch railway network.

Article 4

This Decision shall apply until 31 December 2029.

Article 5

This Decision is addressed to the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
